As a retired Presiding Administrative Law Judge, an impartial fact finder, for the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, Mitchell Davis has 15 years of solid legal experience presiding over countless employment-related evidentiary hearings, ruling on employment law cases involving workplace misconduct, sexual harassment, race and gender discrimination, abusive conduct, inappropriate workplace behavior, workplace retaliation, and fraud cases.

Our Mission:

(1) To promptly assist employers with investigating claims of workplace Sexual Harassment, Gender Identity/Expression and Sexual Orientation Harassment or Discrimination, Race or Gender Harassment or Discrimination, Abusive Conduct/Bullying, Hostile Work Environment, Fraud, Whistleblowing Retaliation claims or other forms of workplace misconduct or improper workplace behavior.

(2) To offer employers both online and in-person California mandatory Sexual
Harassment and Bully Prevention training courses (AB-1825, SB-1343, SB-396, AB-
2053) to help create a more harmonious working environment for everyone.
